**Free Carers Tickets**

**Do you offer free tickets for carers?**

Any customer who requires a companion to accompany them on a visit to the Emma Bridgewater Factory can request a free carers ticket in advance. Carers ticket are available for factory tours, experience days**\***, decorating studio sessions, workshops and other paid for activities.

Please email [bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk](mailto:bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk) to request a Carers Ticket and our team will be in touch with you to confirm your request for a carers ticket. Please email us when you book tickets for any of our activities so that we can ensure a carers space is reserved for you.

**Who can apply for a Carers Ticket?**

Carers tickets are available on request to any customer in receipt of the following for either themselves or for the person they care for. Please share the evidence of the following with us when you arrive:

*   Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
*   Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
*   Signed letter form GP (photo ID required)
*   Access Card 
*   Any Local Authority Carers Card 
*   Carers card

**What does a Carers Ticket apply to?** 

Carers tickets enable a customer to bring a companion to support them for any of our activities (e.g. supporting you in moving around our factory, to enjoy a decorating studio session or take part in our floral and craft events and book talks etc). 

**Can a carer take part in the activities themselves?**

Yes of course. If a carer would like to participate in an activity themselves (such as decorating their own pottery, making their own wreath etc,) the usual costs for this activity is payable by the carer. Carers are not required to pay for factory tours or to attend our book talks. Please book a free Carers Ticket in advance by emailing [bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk](mailto:bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk) 

**Do Carers Tickets apply to food?**

Carers tickets do not apply to food or café bookings. \*For our [**Experience Days**](https://www.emmabridgewater.co.uk/products/afternoon-tea-experience-day) which do include food, please email [bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk](mailto:bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk) to reserve a Carers Tickets for the tour and decorating elements and we can arrange to book the same food (breakfast or afternoon tea) for your carer which can be paid for when you visit.
